Avertia has released four full length albums since they started out in 2009 with the first demo, Folkloremelodium. The sound of Avertia is highly inspired by the 90’s black metal scene, traditional heavy metal bands such as Iron Maiden and Motörhead, but most of all by the Norwegian nature.
Avertia has worked with many great musicians. Recently, James McBain from @Hellripper on the song Death Awaken. Thomas Eriksen from @Mork, and Satansen from @Dödsalliansen have both contributed on the EP “Ashes of the Dying”. The song “Driver gjennom Bergen by” features the legend Helge Grønhaug from @De Musikalske Dvergene. The song “Sjelefred” is a collaboration with the artist @Fjøsnisse.
